Obituary of Lorri L Vavrek

Lorri Vavrek of Trenton, MI passed peacefully in her sleep on Christmas morning. She was a generous and active member of the Trenton community for six decades, excelling in real estate, charitable endeavors, and close relationships with many people she considered her extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul, and   is survived by her daughter Rochelle, and grandson Jason.

In accordance with her wishes, Lorri's family will be holding a celebration of her long and happy life with lunch at her favorite restaurant, Sibley Gardens, where she was a dedicated patron for many years. The lunch will be held at 2pm on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Given COVID concerns and family obligations during the holidays, we understand some of you may prefer to just drop by and pay your respects or share some memories of Lorri rather than dining indoors. Should you wish to privately pay your respects, Lorri will be interred next to her husband Paul in the crypt at Michigan Memorial Cemetery in the new year. The couple can be found in block 36N, section 632, row 2 M.
