Peter Otto Rettig, age 92, May 14, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Grete. Loving father of Eric Rettig and Kristen (Timothy) OHara. Dear grandfather of Terri (Brandon Cox) Rettig, the late Andrew Rettig, Ryan (Elizabeth Wesher) OHara and Amanda OHara. Great grandfather of Bennett OHara and sister of Dorothy (Ralph) Baker. Peter was a long time member of the Fine Arts Society of Detroit and a frequent performer. Peter worked for the Detroit Free Press and sold advertising for 17 years as well as selling real estate in Rosedale Park.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
