Norman Wade Turner "Butch"
Passed away February 3, 2023 in the care of Monroe Hospice.
Butch was born April 7, 1946 in Bowling Green, KY. He was the son of the late Walter and Pauline Charles (Hudson) Turner. Butch was a well known lead guitar player in many bands and traveled all over. His band was the opening band for many famous singers, Hank Williams, Jr., Ronnie Milsap, Tanya Tucker, Conway Twitty and more.
Butch never could read music but could play any song just by hearing it . Butch was the last of his 14 siblings, Walter, Jr., Halbert, Bill, Paul, Darrell, Spunky, Skip, David, Jeanette, Carol, Lois, Rita and Patty.
He is survived by his son, Norman Wade Turner, Jr. "Butch" of Maitland, Florida. Butch served in the U.S. Army for 2 years and his heritage was Chickasaw Native American. He is also survived by a daughter, Brandy (Bodine) Eulett,granddaughter Hailee Eulett, grandson Gabriel Eulett and grandson, Michael Eulett of Gillette, WY.
