Norma Charlotte Allard

Norma Charlotte Allard, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on February 8, 2023. She was 91 years old.

Beloved wife of the late James Allard and loving mother of Denise Allard and Diane (David) Roegner. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Hannah Roegner, Abbey Roegner and Nicholas Schmaltz along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at First Presbyterian Church of Royal Oak, 529 Hendrie Blvd. Royal Oak, MI with a friend and family visiting hour from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
