H. Mable Collins

August 29, 1923 - December 4, 2018

A remarkably beautiful person in every regard, H. Mable Collins passed away peacefully surrounded by her devoted family at the age of 95 on Dec 4, 2018.

Mable was born in Battle Creek, Michigan, worked as a secretary at GM, and married Jack D. Collins in 1944. They enjoyed a remarkable life together living in Dearborn, Mi; Sao Paulo, Brazil; and Sun City, Arizona. Mable and Jack were the loving parents of Jeff Collins (Dorian Collins) and Margaret Breeden (Dave Breeden). Mable was the very proud grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Her presence was an immeasurable gift that will live every day in the hearts of those who experienced her humor, kindness and joy for living. A celebration of Mables life is planned for Thursday, December 13, 3:00 p.m., at The First Presbyterian Church of Birmingham, MI. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Alzheimers Association.
