Lester Kurkowski, age 74, of Washington, MI, died January 31, 2008. Beloved husband of Barbara. Loving father of Jean Sutherby, Laura Span and Elaine (Frank) Systermann. Dear brother of Delores Dwyer, Loretta (Victor) Reid and Bernadette Kurkowski. Grandfather of Lynda (John) Adams, Travis Sutherby and Shane Span. Lester was a cement finisher for over 50 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening.
