Palmer, Jean B., age 86, October 7, 2006, of Birmingham. Beloved wife of William. Dear sister of Clem Cuzick, Romaine Osborne and Dorothy Cuzick. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Palmer was a 30 year volunteer with Beaumont Hospital.
