Obituary of Jamesetta Colbert

Jamesetta Colbert was born March 27, 1933, in Memphis Tennessee. She passed away on June 25, 2009, in Detroit, Michigan.

Jamesetta leaves to cherish her loving memory; her youngest daughter, Neena R. Colbert-James; son-in-law, Donald R. James; brother, Raymond Hale; sister-in-law, Charlene Hale; grandchildren, Antonio Zeigler II, Bre’Anna Zeigler; great-grandchild, Armani Acevedo; two “play” sisters Claire J. Wheeler and Marilyn Scott and a host of loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby J. Colbert and oldest daughter, Gisele Zeigler

A memorial service is being held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 4, 2009 at Elim Baptist Church, 19333 Lahser Road, Detroit, MI 48219. Senior pastor Charles Oliver officiating.
