Helen Smith Deitert

May 9, 1948 -  January 6, 2025

Helen passed away  to join her Lord and Savior on January 6, 2025. She was born on May 9th, 1948 to the late Beve Smith and Edna (Abner) Smith.  In Girdler, Kentucky.

On February 9th, 1968 Helen married the love of her life, Lawrence Neal Deitert.  With that love, they were blessed with three sons, Bryant Neal Deitert, Scott Randall Deitert & Gerald David Deitert.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and 2 siblings, James Dalmas Smith & Beve Gene Smith.  Helen was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend to many.

She will be very dearly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring for family and friends to honor her life.
