Gregory Robert Sables born February 9, 1958 passed away peacefully in his West Bloomfield home surrounded by family on March 26, 2021. Son of Mary Jane Grommes and the late Kenneth Sables. Greg graduated from North Farmington Highschool and remained in the Oakland County area. His passions included cooking, ALL THINGS construction, skiing and camping. His main interest was always construction and helping others achieve their dream homes, which remained top priority in his life aside from his family. Greg spent his summers on the lakes and camping up north with his dogs, family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife, Janet Sables; children Sarah, Daniel, and Thomas Lee; grandchildren, Reece Sables-Jensen, Orion Sables, and Ellie Sables-Jensen; His sisters and brother; Debbie (Joel) Bonamy, Lynda Davies, David (Linda) Sables, Margrit (Ken) Poynter, and Susan (Ken) Byrne, and Mike Grommes; as well as many nieces and nephews, and countless friends. His love and memories will live in the hearts of those whom he left behind. Greg will be greatly missed until we meet again.
