Geraldine "Geri' Darga (nee Fritz), age 70, April 12, 1938 - August 26, 2008, of Saginaw, New York City and St. Clair Shores. Dearest wife of Frank Joseph Darga, III. Precious mother of Jennifer Michelle Darga. Adoring and sweetest Nonni of Justin Christopher Reichert. Loving aunt of Dan (Sharlene) Schwannecke, Lori (Ted) Wenzel, Gregg (Terri) Suave, Lisa (Bob) Jungman, Karin (George) Ramirez, Brad Suave, Rick (Jodi) Suave, Gary (Sherry) Brink, Michael Brink, David Demkowski, Jim (Barbara) Demkowski, Ken (Patty) Demkowski, Charles (Lynn) Demkowski, Frank (Tammy) Demkowski, Barbara (Randy) Weasel, Beatrice (Kevin) Montri, Beth Demkowski. Also many grandnieces and grandnephews. Kind friend to all. Preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph and Elsie Fritz, brother Donald, and sisters Dorothy Fritz and Evelyn Suave. Geri passed away after too many courageous battles with heart failure and cancer. Her angel wings were earned here on earth. She taught us strength, courage, unselfishness, devotion, hope, compassion, beauty, dignity and love. Words cannot express how much we love her and we will miss her every day. No more worries, Mom - Rest in Peace. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 3701 Jefferson, Midland, MI 48640. Suggested memorial donations to the Darga Family for Justin's education, Van Elslander Cancer Center or St. John Hospital - Detroit.
