Dina Marie Shutt

Dina Marie Shutt, 68 , of Brighton, Michiganpassed away on April 27th, 2022, in her home surrounded by her family.

A future celebration of life will be planned for some time this summer.

Dina was born in Detroit to Louise and Dante DiVittoon October 20th, 1953. She went to high school at St. Mary’s of RedfordandNorth Farmington and graduated in 1971 . She was a US postal service mail carrier, an amazing homemaker,a makeup artist and estheticianfor manyyears at various salons and was an instructor at The Brighton School of Cosmetology . She enjoyed singing in a rock n’ roll band, cooking, movies and music, being a dedicated wife and mother and most of all she loved her three beautiful grandchildren.

Dina is survived by her spouse , Michael Shutt of Brighton, her daughter, Kara Darr and husband Jack Darr of Brighton and their two children Harrison and Margot, her daughter, Amy Shutt and husband Derek Hill of Howell and their child Veda, her son, Adam Shutt of Livonia, her sister, Nicole Davis and husband Craig Davis of Brighton and brother, Dante DiVitto Jr and wife Dawn DiVitto of Commerce Township. She ispreceded in death by her father, Dante DiVitto and mother, Louise DiVitto .
