Hartman, Charlotte E., age 87, November 5, 2008, of Royal Oak. Dear mother of Robert H. Hartman, Jr. Grandmother of 5. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; and son, Thomas. Mrs. Hartman resided in Barton Towers. She was a cub scout leader for many years, as well as, a longtime election official.
