Obituary of Carrie Elizabeth Saxton-Woods

Saxton-Woods, Carrie Elizabeth Age 41 January 10, 2004 Beloved wife of Michael Woods. Loving mother of Dillon, Elliott and Taylor. Dearest daughter of Diane and the late Robert Saxton. Grandaughter of Mary Dillon. Dear sister of Tom (Suzanne) Saxton, Jane (Randy) Callesen, Teresa (Matthew) Merritt, Susan (Louie) Laquinta and the late Timothy Saxton. Sister in law of Stephen Woods and Michelle (Josh) Hubbard. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Carrie graduated from MSU and received her Masters in Counseling from Wayne State University. There will be no visitation. A Memorial Celebration will be held Saturday, January 17th @ 2:00pm at the Orchard United Methodist Church, 30450 Farmington Road, Farmington Hills. The family is requesting casual attire and encourages hiking or soccer apparel as a tribute to Carrie’s two favorite activities.
