Obituary of April Bolden



April Bolden passed away in Pontiac, MI as a mother, sister, friend and as an amazing person.



April was a Registered Nurse for over 25 years. April is survived by her children: daughter Angela Thomas and sons Austin, Aaron and Anthony Bolden Jr; two grand-daughters Olivia Thomas and Skye Bolden and step-grandson Darnell Thomas Jr.



Her personality was loving, fun and full of life. She will be missed by all who knew her.



April was a woman of Christian faith. She was saved and believed in the trinity of the Holy Spirit, Jesus and God. She passed down her teachings to her children and which they will always behold.

April loved music and her Favorite Artists/Songs: Teena Marie: Square Biz; Otis Redding: Sitting on the Dock of the Bay.



April grew up in Pontiac, Michigan. She had three brothers, Jerry, Shelton, & Dennis Martin and two sisters Yolanda Martin and Doris Dennis. She was proceeded in death by her parents Laverne & Meldee Martin. She went to Pontiac High School, then she went on to graduate from Wayne State University with a degree in Nursing. She had a great career in nursing where she got to travel for her career and for leisure. Anyone who knew her knew that she loved to lived life to its fullest.



She will be cherished in memory to all those she left behind. However, we know that she is in a better place and at peace.
